Senior Capacity Planner

In this role, you will drive and execute Additional Material capacity planning, support S&OP process, manage fluctuations in capacity and demand in optimal cost (incl optimizing stop plan, demand levelling, utilize VMR, reallocation). Take on the process driver role for capacity.
What you will do
Support Additional Material allocation process globally
Maintain capacity model timely and ensure accuracy.
Develop/maintain tools & reports to identify capacity issues & model solutions.
Analyse capacity vs demand and propose capacity investment /divestment
Optimize capacity and demand plans for production stops, new product etc.
Sustain customer service levels by demand levelling, VMR, AM reallocation etc.
Support planning manager to update, activate and execute BCP when needed.

The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are?
To be successful in this role you need to have a broad knowledge of theory and practice in planning, typically obtained through advanced education and on the job experience. We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent and you have >3 years of experience from working in a packaging industry.
You are excellent in production planning process and tools knowledge, and you have a good knowledge of logistics flow and of WCM methods and their application. You also have a good customer understanding and Order Management knowledge.
