About this opportunity

Cash Management is a unit within Transaction Banking. We add value by primarily advising our Customers in the area of payments, accounts, liquidity and file solutions and we support the transformation of their business models. This is achieved by listening to our customers and combining our knowledge about our their needs and Nordea’s solutions to provide valuable advice and deepen and broaden our relationships.
As Senior Cash Management Consultant you’ll play an instrumental role structuring and building our Request for Proposals (RfPs) to win new and defend existing Cash management mandates in Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) and Business Banking.

What you’ll be doing:
* Driving complex RfPs in the LC&I and Business Banking segment according to the concepts i.e. support communicating our value proposition  to the customer, efficiently and with high quality
* Proactive sparring towards Cash Management Advisers in relationship sales, customer processes and offerings to win new deals and/or maintaining existing CM mandates
* Studying customer business and financial value drivers in order to conduct strategic customer dialogues
* Driving and/or participating actively in both local and Nordic activities/ projects to support the development and improvement of processes and deliveries
* Driving knowledge sharing and training to increase the competence level in the Swedish CM organisation. 


You’ll join a team of highly skilled professionals in the Cash Management LC&I Sales & Advisory team in Sweden. The role is based in Stockholm.

Your profile and background:
* Advisory and customer centricity is part of your DNA
* Have a solid background in corporate banking, cash management or from a treasury function
* Ability to manage stakeholders across different business segments of our organization
* Structured, proactive, self-motivated and live Nordea’s values passion, ownership, collaboration and courage
* Good capacity for pressure and resilience in a fast-paced and changing business environment
* Have a relevant educational background 
* Fluency in English and Swedish
