About the Role :
We are on an exciting journey providing Enterprises and the public sector with regulatory compliant, cloud-based infrastructure services based on Ceph. We are a fast-growing company! It means a little chaos is a good thing! We are the European leaders in infrastructure as a service using open source software such as OpenStack.
You will join the team of 3-4 engineers maintaining the storage infrastructure for the global cloud services. This role is about running our current clusters and designing new clusters & enable new features to allow our customers to do even more. We are looking out for a colleague who is a real team player to take on tasks & also like to develop his/her skills, test new features and share ideas to bring us all forward and build an even better service for our customers.

Responsibilities:
Design, architect, monitor, manage and optimize our Ceph storage solution, including tuning and optimizing performance.
Collaborate with the Cloud Engineering team to ensure proper integration with our OpenStack environment.
Work with automation tools to efficiently provision and manage our Ceph environment.
Maintain and upgrade existing clusters.


Requirement/ Must have
You should have European citizenship.
You should know Ceph in detail.
Know about HAproxy and RadosGW.
Working experience building and using Ansible collections.
At least four years of experience with similar responsibilities and a proven track record of implementation is a requirement.


Good to have:
Experience with distributed storage solutions for Linux like GlusterFS, lustre, zfs, etc.
Certifications like RHCSA, RHCE, LPI


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in the field of information technology or a higher degree.


Personal Qualities:
Genuinely interested in new technologies, software or hardware.
Well-organized and structured.
