We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Senior Change Manager / Operational Developer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

A new project is launched under the supervision of a Project Manager. A Change Leader is required as additional project resources.


A senior Change Manager / Business Developer must be provided by the supplier. The role entails supervising and assisting managers with change work, as well as being sceptical of familiar working methods and roles that are incompatible with the business change. You must be comfortable working both vertically and horizontally within the organisation. You must be able to zoom in and out of the organisation, from the strategic to the tactical levels. Because the municipality is a multicultural workplace, it is critical that you can adapt the communication to the target group.


The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure that the goals for the change work are met, which includes responsibility for:
Conducting and supporting the change and development work in collaboration with the Municipality's designated Project Manager.
Develop an implementation plan for the change work, guide and coach the Municipality's project resources in the implementation of the above implementation plan.
Plan, secure, and carry out communication and training activities throughout the project's various phases.
Establish a measurement model with key figures for follow-up (business case).
Develop a long-term plan for how the change work should continue after the roll-out, so that the processes are less resource-intensive
Specify what resources are required for implementation in order to provide feedback to the Project Manager, including how, when, and to what extent.
