Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Charging System Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Collaborate with suppliers to develop an advanced charger for innovative programs.
Lead and guide suppliers through the charger development process, ensuring compliance with vehicle specifications, legal requirements, and future regulations.
Manage power electronics, charger design, and troubleshooting activities in coordination with suppliers.
Periodically travel within Europe for approximately one week every two months.
Develop an optimal charger design by analyzing simulation data, considering attributes, and incorporating legal prerequisites.
Provide expertise in addressing supplier deviations, particularly in relation to system-wide implications.
Oversee supplier-related tasks such as 8D reports and validation processes.
Assist the Project Manager, particularly in matters concerning the charger.
Take charge of significant testing initiatives in various labs, pushing the boundaries of the vehicle’s capabilities.

What you bring:
Hold an MSc or equivalent in a technical field, complemented by knowledge of Electronics and Embedded Software.
Proficient in Requirement Management, preferably experienced with tools like IBM Doors or SystemWeaver.
Possess a proactive problem-solving toolkit.
Display strong teamwork orientation and a penchant for engaging conversations.
