As a Production Engineer you will play a key role in the development and implementation of new and improved production processes.
Responsibilities:
Support production so that short-term and long-term production targets are met
Lead or participate in product, process and machine improvements projects in production, both locally and globally
Introduction of product changes and the handling of process deviations
Run investment projects of new machinery/ equipment in accordance with current regulations
Qualifications / Background:
an academic background, preferably in Process chemistry or equivalent
more than 8 years’ experience from relevant chemical processes
experience from working with technical specifications
experience in developing and improving production processes
experience in Lean Production/Six Sigma and Design for Manufacturing principles
experience from qualification/testing/process validation, preferably within life science or other regulated industry
experience of purchasing machines
good documentation and communication skills in Swedish as well as English
