Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Chief Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop the architectural target picture for the customer’s application landscape, detailing the architectural movements required in a strategic roadmap.
Collaborate closely with initiatives and projects to ensure alignment with the architectural roadmap.
Document architecture developed in projects and initiatives in accordance with current instructions and governing principles.
Coordinate project needs, dependencies, and architecture governance to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
Manage architectural oversight of projects and initiatives, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and sustainable implementation aligned with the customer’s mission and business objectives.
Foster cooperation across operational teams, departments, and suppliers on matters impacting various parts of the organization and external stakeholders.
Communicate relevant information effectively across all levels of the organization to inform decision-making processes.
Contribute to the ongoing update of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework and its supporting models, ensuring they align with the evolving architectural landscape.
What you bring:
Proven experience in developing enterprise-wide architecture and managing complex transformations from legacy systems to new technology.
Strong knowledge of various technical domains and the ability to understand different solution and system support needs across the business.
Comprehensive understanding of capability, process, conceptual, and information modeling, as well as requirements management.
Expertise in business model design, goal modeling, and service design.
In-depth knowledge of IT capabilities, the current IT landscape, and the opportunities and limitations these present in different scenarios.
Familiarity with container-based systems, such as Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
Proficiency in modeling tools, such as SPARX Enterprise Architect or similar platforms.
Understanding of the regulatory landscape and requirements specific to the permit-required business of the customer.
Ability to understand and align with the organization’s purpose, goals, and strategies.
Experience in leading workshops with operational and IT experts, fostering collaboration and idea sharing.
Strong analytical skills, adaptable to change, and effective in presenting and communicating complex information.
Natural team player with a talent for building relationships and trust within teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and identify connections between different elements.
Proactive interest in technology and a long-term vision for its application.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to describe, model, visualize, and analyze complex structures and relationships.
