Digitalization & IT, Production Logistics is a team of skilled digitalization experts and project managers in several logistic process areas. We are a support function working in close cooperation with the Production Logistics development functions and the GTO manufacturing plants in IT solution development and digitalization journey. We are the business interface to Group IT working in close cooperation to fulfill business requirements and delivery expectations.

Position description
We are looking for a Chef Project Manager (CPM) to be part of our Digitalization & IT Chief Project Manages team. As senior CPM you will be part of a small team of experienced project managers within Digitalization & IT, Production Logistics. The CPM team will drive projects to develop and industrialize innovation ideas within Production Logistics Connected Supply Chain, with focus in the areas of:
Transport management
Packaging management
Production planning
Internal logistic management
Warehouse management
Distribution management

As CPM you need to be flexible and have the possibility to drive investigations, pre-studies and projects in all the areas based on the roadmaps decided by the Production Logistic management team. You are a business driven individual and preferable you have a deeper knowledge in one or several of the focus areas.


Responsibilities
Secure and align directions and main decision with steering committee
Stakeholder management
Lead efficient and productive project meetings
Identify and resolve issues and risks
Manage project scope, agile planning, deliverables, budget, time plan etc.
Manage project resources
Manage agile development
Quality assured deliveries



Competences and skills
A solid background in digital project management with 5-10 years of experience
Proven experience in reporting to steering committees chaired by top management
Strong knowledge about supply chain and/or transport management
Experience from leading IT- and business development across several teams, stakeholders, cultures and time zones
Experience in Agile teams
Strong in communication on both strategic and operational levels both verbal and written ability
Ability to quickly grasp the business discussions and make complex messages understandable for a wider audience
Holistic perspective with an eye for details, strong ability to prioritize
Analytical quick learner and an ability to quickly grasp the business discussions
Ability to lead people, coach people and motivate the project teams
