WaveCrest is looking for a retail-oriented, creative, talented, and enthusiastic person to join our Stockholm office to build and maintain relationships with clients, and to grow the business in Sweden and other Nordic countries.
As Senior Client Manager, you will take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger for chasing and closing new business from cold calls to warm inbound leads.
Your goal is to build relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust. It is expected that you possess strong relationship-building skills, exhibit technical knowledge and have experience in client management. As a successful Senior Client Manager, you will become a trusted adviser to your clients.
Responsibilities
You will work on developing close working relationships with current clients and new potential clients by providing solutions that grow and maximize their investment. In this role you will identify client needs; be continuously alert and responsive to changing client business environment and needs. The following responsibilities will be part of your daily work:
Contacting potential clients and arranging meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new growth opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Criteria for success
Meet and exceed commercial targets
Utilize your network to attract new clients & increase the share of wallet of installed clients
Build a strong and sustainable pipeline of new clients, quotes, and projects
Manage campaigns and other initiatives that support the achievement of commercial goals
Participate in RFP’s in planning, presentation, and post-execution

Personality and experience
You are strategic and focused on the long-term objectives and goals. You have several years of professional experience in retail and customer experience services on either agency or client side, and you know how to create excellence and sustainable growth in both areas.
You are driven, confident, and have a “can-do” attitude combined with a customer-centric approach. You have strong communication and organizational skills, and most importantly, you succeed through inspiring and empowering the people and teams around you.
As this is a key position both internally and towards our clients, it entails major responsibilities with many challenges and future development possibilities. It is expected that you participate actively in the development of WaveCrest to ensure that we remain the best retail agency in the industry.
You are fluent in English and Swedish in both speaking and writing.
