Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Climate Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop and continuously improve the customer’s climate roadmap and targets
Secure that targets, requirements, and guidance on climate are implemented throughout the customer’s operations and programs
Oversee the customer’s strategic initiatives on climate, and ensure that accountable departments have ongoing activities and resources in line with the climate roadmap and report into the governing for a
Support or lead projects related to climate, eg customer and project
Develop the customer’s position paper on climate
Report on climate KPIs internally and externally
Oversee implementation of internal cost on carbon
Provide briefs and guidance on climate communication
Develop the customer’s advocacy work on climate
Collaborate with counterparts within the automotive industry connected to climate
Develop and conduct internal trainings on climate
Engage with external partners and uphold our strategic partnerships
Follow trends and developments on climate, eg research, regulation, and policy

What you bring:
Good Communication and collaboration skills
Experience in Project and strategy management
Previous experience in Science, policy, and trends on climate
In-depth knowledge about climate calculation and climate solutions such as renewable energy, biofuels, low carbon/net-zero materials, carbon removal, etc.
Experience from leading strategic work on climate within a company is a must
