Senior Clinical Psychologist

KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. We’re on a mission to build better and more accessible healthcare by moving consultations online and by providing a service that gives patients the best possible health care experience, regardless of location.

Today, KRY is offering our psychological services to adults. We are now looking for a experienced and enthusiastic clinical psychologist to contribute to further development of KRY’s clinical services, specifically child and adolescent psychology. In this role you will be a key member of the Psychology Team.

What you’ll do- Develop, and implement our new clinical services for children and adolescents.
- Ensure delivery of safe and patient-centred healthcare of the highest quality
- Monitor outcomes using data-driven quality assurance processes, and implement strategies for improvement based on data analysis (in collaboration with our Analytics Team)
- Work closely with the Product and Tech-team to review product updates, functionality and design to ensure a great patient experience
- Work closely with marketing and communications to educate consumers about the proposition and help large numbers of patients get treatment

Who you are- Licensed psychologist in Sweden
- Knowledgeable in child and adolescent psychology
- Strong team player
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Ability to prioritize and deliver results in a face-paced environment
- Fluent in Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
- PhD degree and/or previous leadership experience highly beneficial
