Senior Cloud Operations Engineer (Stockholm)

As a Cloud Operations Engineer you will be the expert on our hosting platform in Azure and AWS, to make sure we have the technology and processes needed to manage our PaaS/IaaS. You should have a passion for automating anything manual and be proactive in your ways of working.
What you'll be doing
Monitor operational alerts and aid with all related incidents
Optimize, automize and improve our product delivery
Drive efficiencies and cost-savings through software metering and monitoring
Supporting platform technologies, tools, and assets
Maintaining system software to latest versions and patch release levels
Working to continually to develop and improve processes, methodologies, and approaches
Leading the maintenance and upgrading of customer databases and underlying technologies
Support the Cloud Operation team members
Using and proposing and designing (proof of concept) enhancements to automation process with orchestrators such as Azure DevOps
Using and proposing and designing (proof of concept) enhancements Infrastructure as Code configurations with Terraform

Requirements
You have a university degree within computer science
8+ years related work experience
You have advanced experience with public cloud operation and management in Azure/AWS and demonstratable knowledge.
Advanced experience with programming and scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, Python, PowerShell
You have good understanding of network and system architecture
Operational experience supporting MS SQL, PostgreSQL and other DBMS solutions
You have experience with SIEM tools, correlating and integrating different sources of information to gain valuable metrics and detecting anomalies
You have strong operational skills, interest in security and a problem-solving and analytical attitude
Experience with cloud-delivered operations
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and processes such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates
