Introduction and Overview[BT n1]
The Senior Commercial Analyst is part of the Nordic Commercial Excellence team.
The overall responsibility with the role is to drive change management, technical and analytical improvements in salesforce effectiveness and commercial analytics. This person will be the Nordic market representative in EMEA commercial excellence forums and will work closely together with the local sales organization and the wider EMEA team in different projects and initiatives to further shape and strengthen commercial excellence in the company. The role is an excellent opportunity for a commercial minded, ambitious individual who has genuine interest in data and analytics.
Process responsibilities
Responsibilities in this role are focused on process optimization, performance analysis and follow up as well as to drive development within the SFE & CRM fields. The areas covered are often complex in nature and require process expertise, understanding of systems and an ability to interact with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization. Areas include:
· Commercial Analytics:
o Maintain/improve existing processes, technical solutions and act as SME in advanced analytics.
o Educate organization in existing processes and tools.
o Lead and coordinate customer segmentation process.
o Partner closely with the business to design and optimize the territory planning process.
o Develop sales incentive plan together with business leads, HR and Finance lead. Implement and assess the plan throughout the year in accordance with framework and SOP’s.
· SFE & CRM
o Full ownership of CRM tool (Salesforce.com) and SFE performance analysis tools in the Nordics. Setting relevant KPI’s, tracking performance and follow up with commercial organization.
o Collaborate with the business to implement and drive adoption of new capabilities such as lead and opportunity management.
o Develop sophisticated SFE insights to support and enhance data driven decision making.
o Educate organization in existing processes and tools.
o Represent Nordics in EMEA forums.
o Lead change management within salesforce effectiveness.
· SFE & Analytics Projects – Lead/participate in different cross-functional projects in the Nordics and EMEA.
The role requires a highly skilled and structured person with attention to details and a great ability to prioritize and make things happen. Excellent communication skills are essential as the role involves continuous contact with Nordic and EMEA stakeholders. It’s imperative that the Senior Commercial Analyst has high level of understanding and a genuine interest for both systems and numbers.
Qualifications
· A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering (required)
· A minimum of 5+ years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years in relevant fields. E.g. Business Controller/Analyst, CRM Analyst, BI Analyst.
· Experience in analytical software E.g. Tableau, Qlik, Power BI (required)
· Experience in CRM tools E.g. Salesforce.com (required)
· Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel (required)
· Fluent, spoken and written in English (required)
· One or more Nordic language (meriting)

· Proven ability to analyze complex sets of data and generate meaningful insights.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to flex interpersonal style appropriate to different levels and stakeholders.

· Genuine interest for both systems and numbers.
· Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for details.
· Ability to prioritize with a great sense of urgency.
· Able to deal with high workload and tight deadlines.
