Senior Communication Business Partner To Ikea

IKEA is looking for a person to join their team towards developing better business results and growth through world class communication. You will lead effective communication both internally and externally while you secure the communication process. This is a great possibility to be a role model of the IKEA values where you inform engage and empower your co-workers.

Your job will be a mix of strategic thinking and turning communication theory into practice whilst sharing and living the IKEA culture and values. The job will be performed on a distance and you can be located where suits you.

Your main tasks will be:
* To be a communication expert within assigned business segment and a direct contact and support for communication needs and advice on effective choices within specific function group
* As part of the Business Function Management Team, act as the communication partner in the area of the business function
* Alongside other communicators, define organizational communication needs and develop and implement a roadmap that secures the contribution of communication to drive the business outcomes in the function group
* Work across function within INGKA Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* At least five years experience within the field of communication
* Understanding of business issues and challenges and general financial skills
* Experience with working with strategic communication
* Have work with communication within HR/People and Culture
* It is preferred if you have knowledge of IKEA way of working
