At Heart Aerospace we develop the ES-30, a regional electric airplane with a capacity of 30 passengers driven by electric motors with battery derived energy. The ES-30 is expected to enter into service in 2028.

Role Overview

As a Senior Communication Strategist you will develop and implement strategies across the communications landscape, internally and externally. This will be a broad role and your main focus will be to develop, implement and drive an internal communications agenda and align people behind our purpose and strategy, boosting leadership, engagement and performance across Heart’s growing organisation.
Qualifications & Experience

- University degree in Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience working in an internal communication role.
- Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and comfortable managing work independently.
- Excellent strategic and operational skills.
- Great collaborative skills and would be a natural at building strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Passion for aircraft and Heart’s mission.

The ideal candidate would have

- Experience from working in a global organisation preferred.
- Creative, flexible and problem solving mindset.
- Experience from working with social media content and strategy is a bonus.
