If so - welcome to join the marketing department at Cochlear BAS where you are responsible for external and internal communications. Your main role will be: To develop and implement core global communication strategies to effectively market Cochlear BAS, its products and services to help drive global sales and revenues To oversee the Cochlear brand guidelines in conjunction with the BAS product and services to ensure consistency within the global Cochlear brand strategy To manage and develop the Communications team within Cochlear BAS You will also support the marketing projects and ensure that materials are developed in line with the Cochlear brand guidelines. Understand the customer base to ensure effective development of communication strategies and alignment to market segmentations. Furthermore, you will manage communication projects within assigned budgets and goals, recruit and brief communication and advertising agencies and copy writers. [ You have a relevant degree within communication or marketing You can demonstrate a track record in developing and managing communications and/or public relations in an international company You have experience in people management and leadership You have an experience in industry - marketing high-tech industries and preferably Med-tech/health care related You have experience creating B2C and B2B communications deliverables You have a high-level written and communication skill in English.
