We are now looking for a Senior Community Manager to join our Alliances & Go-to-Market team at our office in Stockholm.

What are Hive Alliances & Go-to-Market?
Hive Alliances & Go-to-Market team’s responsibilities include driving executive and field relationships with leading Strategic and Advisory Partners. The team establishes and grows business and technical relationships with Hive’s partners. Enabling top-line revenue growth, overall end partner advocacy and partner adoption across designated market segments.

Hive has many partners that they cherish, with whom the team’s focus is building communities and strong relationships; Microsoft is one of the important ones! The team supports the rest of Hive Streaming business unit with knowledge about our partners and how to successfully collaborate with them to reach greater success.

Working as a Senior Community Manager
As a Senior Community Manager, you will be focusing on the business-to-consumer journey and Go-to-Market strategy. Together with the team, you will build a stronger relationship with partners such as Microsoft, and support Hive’s internal organization working with partners.

You will…
Create initiatives to further the partner community to increase engagement and virality
Gather community feedback to align between Partners and Hive
Forecast partner-related goals - revenue, customer wins, and partner advocacy activities and reference
Communicate the partner strategy, joint offer value propositions and GTM strategy to our Sales, Marketing and Success Managers and our industry/country based generalist and specialist sales teams
Establish a regular cadence with partners for pipeline, opportunity and business reviews to manage progress against the regional partnership plan
Assist partners to extend their partner advocacy internally as well as helping our partners to drive their customer value and business opportunities
Develop marketing materials, plans and events needed by partners to sell products
Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done – join and drive presentations, building and executing on heath mapping tasks on designated Partners
Manage partner toolkits like sales tools and partner portal
Deliver partner sales and service training sessions alone (internally and externally) or within virtual teams
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback from Hive’s partners to team members to drive collaboration



Previous Experience
We think you could be a great fit for this position if you possess both a business background as well as a good understanding of community/influencer marketing practices to easily interact with partners and other types of influencers in our field. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, relationships with the ability to build, map and convey compelling value propositions. You also have:


3+years of relevant work experience in Partner sales/ Partner account management
3+ of Experience managing Partner accounts and successfully working with internal teams to build new capability and implement a new project
Preferably knowledge about Microsoft Partner Ecosystem
Experience in managing projects & community marketing, GTM activities
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficiency in Microsoft suite
A proven track record of accomplishments or marketing through influence network or work with Partners ecosystem is a plus.



If you have experience in SaaS sales or worked as a community manager in B2C and speak Spanish or/and French, that would be a plus.
