Senior Community Manager

Your primary focus would initially be to drive the community for several of our games, so an interest in a variety of genres is good-to-have to click with the various players.
You’d work on both a strategic and practical level. Having a notable presence in the forums and social channels while building out long-term plans for fostering and growing communities.
Our team is remote, but those you’d be communicating with on a daily basis live in CET, so our preference is someone that can work within European time zones (EST - CEST)
In order to keep our communities engaged on our social channels, you will:
Produce TikTok videos, shareable gifs, memes, and screenshots
Set up, organize, and manage community events around our game
Strive to improve how we interact with our fans
Maintain positive relationships with content creators and their communities over community channels
Help to maintain and moderate our Discord servers, Steam forums, Reddit, and social channels and appoint volunteer moderators when applicable
Identify player community needs and report them to the rest of the team

Requirements
Experience from having created, growing and maintaining several communities in parallel.
3-5 years of experience in engaging with communities through Discord and Reddit
Experience in producing written and media content to support a game's social media presence
Proficient in English
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
