We are now looking for an experienced senior consultant within compensation and benefits. Focus will be on supporting our Group C&B team in central operational task and projects. We expect the candidate to drive assigned task and areas and to be able to advice on both tactical and strategic decisions within the C&B area. The candidate will work primarily with the Swedish HQ but be part of a global team in an ongoing transformation journey.

Requirement:

This person needs to have:

• Good project management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Pragmatic, analytic and solution oriented
• Experienced in navigating in a global complex organization
• Strong communication skills

Priority C&B skills for the assignment:

• Job architecture (preferably Mercer IPE)
• Salary Ranges and supporting compensation tools
• Gender pay analysis
• Compensation analytics – (Excel or preferably Power BI).
• Benefits and award programs

To be successful we believe you have extensive experienced in collaborating closely with a wide range of stakeholders from HR mangers, Line managers, Executive managers and Unions (Sweden).
