Are you passionate about brining fresh Compensation & Benefits ideas to an organisation? Do you have experience working with other European countries? As Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Stena Line your are the key resource and facilitator to develop and deliver the C & B agenda, in line with our People and Company Strategy. Some of your key responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise, insight and understanding to the business on all total C & B matters
- Salary- and benefits benchmarking systems
- Alignment and control of benefits within Stena Line Group
- Setup of package to facilitate international assignments / temporary job outside ordinary job locations
- Relocation agreements and related actions to facilitate successful relocation
- Development of benefits and related solutions in line with ongoing trends
- Be able to understand and independently review, compile, redesign, package and present various components within the area
- Run project type work with different fields within People are to develop an aligned agenda within Stena Line

Qualifications:
- University degree or comparable working experience
- Track record within Compensation & Benefits
- Experience working with other European countries within C & B area
- Several years’ experience within HR
- Expert level in understanding of how salary relate to compensation and performance
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
