Do you have a proven experience working in compliance, with at least 5 years of anti-bribery and corruption compliance or addressing compliance topics? Are you comfortable to handle internal and external contacts, including Government authorities? Reporting to the Head of the Compliance Office for Business Areas (BA)/ Group Functions (GF), you will have responsibility for implementing the ethics and compliance program in all operating units of the respective Business Area or Group Function.
We expect you to develop, implement and help to continuously improve the compliance program with full responsibility for three compliance areas: anti-trust, anti-bribery and corruption and anti-money-laundering.
You will
Provide guidance in developing a culture of compliance, setting an example for transparency and promoting an environment where speaking up in a professional manner is encouraged
Establish yourself as trusted advisor of the BA/GF leadership team as well as employees at all levels within the organization
Coordinate compliance efforts within a select group of entities at the BA/GF Headquarter as well as several Market Areas (MAs) worldwide as applicable and manage not only internal stakeholders, but also external partners
Provide regular updates to management teams, the compliance organization and others as needed regarding implementation
Maintain a sound understanding of the local business activities and applicable laws and regulations
In collaboration with Group and BA/GF leadership, develope local compliance priorities; plan and prioritize activities based on risk (e.g., development of annual compliance plan)
Ensure the publication of compliance-related Group steering documents and maintain documentation of compliant, timely and practical advice
Working alongside colleagues from the Market Areas as well as other Business Areas, perform compliance risk assessments, reviews and monitoring
Conduct compliance trainings and awareness programs
Review commercial projects to mitigate compliance risks presented and assist with assessment and mitigation of actual or potential conflicts of interest
Ensure implementation of Third Party Management processes and train functions involved in those processes
Evaluate due diligence reports on third parties and prepare related summaries for management approval
Ensure effective implementation of policies and directives relating to reporting of violations and concerns
Promote the compliance speak-up environment, support the case management system and related investigations as well as ensure tracking and reporting of remediation actions resulting from investigation results
Work with headquarters as well as local head(s) of legal and others to ensure that interactions with local regulators and authorities are coordinated
Assist with or conduct compliance-related merger and acquisition due diligence and execute integration activities
Draft compliance-related reports as required by the Compliance Office and Unit Head
To be successful in the role you must have
High level of integrity with character consistent with Ericsson values, as well as compassionate and willingness to listen and learn
Master of Law, Business, Accounting or other university degree suitable for compliance
Working experience 8 years in compliance, legal or other relevant field (finance, audit)
Working experience in compliance area, 5+ years of ABC compliance or working with compliance topics
Good business knowledge/understanding, as well as good networking ability and social skills
International experience and cultural awareness
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
An independent, goal-oriented and systematic way of working
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Second language desirable
Willingness to travel up to 30%
Experience in antitrust, competition, data privacy, AML or trade compliance is a plus
Experience of working at a company under a compliance monitorship is a plus
