Senior Component Reliability Expert Key Words Component, Reliability, Engineering; Quality management, Temperature Responsibilities: Product & Component Reliability Improvement . Analyze the reliability of components used in specific environment of Base Station, for example, analyze the reliability of a FPGA which is working at high/low temperature and its failure mechanism of high/low temperature.. Finding out the critical parameters of components (mainly in FPGA/CPU/DSP.) in high/low temperature, and giving component test plan and suggestion of board which used in these conditions.. Providing expert suggestions on component choosing and application to achieve the goal of best power-saving design of Base Station.. Set up reliability test standards for components or boards..Responsible for roadmap establishment, requirement analysis/definition and application inspection for electrical components used in Base Stations. Qualifications Required Product & Component Reliability . Good knowledge of components failure mechanism, especially the mechanism in high/low temperature . Rich experience on components reliability test standards (FPGA/DSP/CPU, etc), or board reliability test standards.. Familiar with digital IC components road map .Know well on power-saving design, or component choosing/ application for power-saving design.. Having a rich experience of quality management for incoming electrical components; .Familiar with the working principles and manufacture process of electrical components, and reliability evaluation work for the electrical components Additional skills required . Fluent spoken and written English .
