Senior Composite Tool Engineer

Arbetsbeskrivning

About Corebon

Corebon has developed a novel technology for fast heating and cooling of tools. The technology is used for efficient manufacturing of light and stiff composite parts. The technology replaces traditional methods such as ovens and hot-oil systems by providing an efficient and scalable solution. The self-heated tools can be made of either metal or carbon fiber reinforced plastics, and suits most types of composite manufacturing processes, for both thermoset and thermoplastic matrices.

The manufacturing of high-quality composite parts at the right price is a key for the future electrification of the automotive industry as well as a more sustainable aviation industry. Corebon technology enable volume production of high-end parts that previously have only been affordable for high-cost applications. The unique solution means that Corebon are working together with the leading companies in the world such as automotive and aerospace OEMs and tier ones.
