As our new member of our Character Art Team, you will create original concept artwork that guides and inspires our teams. You'll play a key role in setting the visual tone of our characters in our upcoming game.
Oh, and we put hybrid work first.
- Work from our office in Stockholm (Södermalm)? That works for us!
- Work remote from anywhere in Sweden? If that suits you, definitely.
- Work some days at the office and some days remote? Absolutely!

The quest
You will dive right in, helping us design a diverse range of characters with a focus on outfits/fashion, hairstyles, and facial stylization.
Your role will focus on character concept art, and as such you will work closely with our talented Character Art team to develop a broad lineup of characters for our upcoming game! We do appreciate range so the ideal candidate would also be interested in helping us with environmental concepts, storyboards, key art, and more.
It's a plus if you are familiar with using 3D software to help you visualize your concepts!
Your player profile
Perhaps you are currently working at another studio (gaming or movies) or maybe you are a consultant or freelancer, with a strong desire to take on a permanent role. Either way, we want you to be a humble, collaborative and open-minded person, passionate about creating new worlds.
Background/Skills:
- Photoshop
- You have used your skills working in the computer/video games or movie industry for at least 4+ years
- Experienced in using any 3D package; Blender, Maya, 3DSMax, or similar
- Solid art fundamentals; Perspective, Anatomy, Composition, Lighting,
Color
Bonus:
- Experience with the Unreal Engine
- Having worked on/released an FPS

What about relocation?
If you're an EU citizen authorized to work in Sweden, we're all for it! We handle relocations on a case-by-case basis but will be able to assist with the most important part, which is finding a home for you. Unfortunately, we don't have the capability to offer work-permit solutions for non-EU citizens at the moment, something we hope to be able to provide as we grow in the future.
