Your role
In the role of Technology Lead/ Senior Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required
• Datacenter work experience with Racking/stacking of servers
• Hands-on experience with HP Servers
• Should have datacenter knowledge and awareness of Data Security
• Ability to perform installation /decommission of physical servers
• Experienced in BIOS/firmware upgrades on HP Servers
• Good knowledge on HP OneView
• Should have knowledge on ITIL processes
• Communicate with peers and managers regarding Hardware issues
• Coordinate with vendors for change activities, installs, part replacements etc.,
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills with ability to determine problems and act without supervision
• Excellent customer service support capabilities to ensure customer satisfactions


Preferred
• HPE course number HE643S or equivalent work experience
