PostNord Insight is a part of Strategy & Commercial Excellence that is responsible both for driving the work of the Group's overall strategy, driving business transformation and to initiate, lead and manage the work towards Commercial Excellence.

The work is done in close collaboration with the countries' sales organizations and our Nordic business areas. Strategy & Commercial Excellence also manages market leading Nordic accounts.

We take an active role in driving PostNord’s strategic agenda and are responsible for driving structural business transformation, strategic programs and implementing new business concepts in the market including go to market strategies.


You have what it takes
We are looking for candidates with extensive experience working consultative with executives. You are confident and hands on within supply chain, e-commerce and/or digital communication. In this role, you’ll drive strategic customer projects and help solve business problems, perform analytical work, drive workshops and present recommendations.
You have the ability to create concepts and hypotheses based on insights gained in customer meetings and workshops. These concepts are evaluated based on scalability, market insights/white spots, customer value, business case and strategic fit. You will be part of and/or drive the implementation of new business concepts.
You are persistent, result oriented and comfortable finding your way in a matrix organization. You have an ability to build and maintain strong working relationships in order to secure cross functional efficiency and collaboration.
You have probably worked as management consultant and business developer, operational manager in relevant sectors or in equivalent roles.
