The opportunity

We work with exciting projects in different industries together with clients on their digitalization journey and assist them with their ever-changing challenges.
Your key responsibilities
You will focus on helping our clients to succeed by leading and delivering projects and transformations through all steps, from strategy to implementation, often in combination with change management to ensure maximal business value fulfilment. You will also support in sales initiatives and proposals.
Depending on your background and interest you can also play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' cyber resilience by providing expert insights and solutions related to cyber response.
Skills and attributes for success
It is important that you can understand the client's challenges, engage in strategic, tactical, and operational issues as well as plan and implement changes. We see that you have 2 - 8 years of relevant work experience. You can either have a consulting background (within Management, IT implementation, IT Risk, Audit), experience from operational role within the finance function (e.g Accountant, Controller, CFO) or other relevant business function.
To qualify for the role, you should have
2 - 8 years of relevant work experience
Ability to communicate ideas and solutions at all levels in an organization – in English; both verbally and in writing (Swedish is advantage but not a requirement)
Strong analytical skill and the ability to visualize and document solutions
Project Management experience is an advantage
Leadership capability
A curious approach, open to continuous learning and development
We also seek experience within below areas for specific roles:
Experience from Power platform or similar tools, (e.g Power Apps, Power-BI, Power Automate, AI builder)
Cyber response expertise, including incident handling, threat analysis, and security operations
Implementation of systems
Enterprise Architecture
IT Infrastructure Architecture
Procurement experience, preferably within the area of IT/Software/sourcing
