Key responsibilities for this content design role include:
* Content development and strategy: Partnering with product, UX, and engineering people to define and develop content requirements that align with our overall user experience strategy and will allow us to modularize content to serve it across different platforms.
* Data integration: Working with engineering to extract the right content/data from different sources, including research findings and analytics, to inform and validate content requirements, ensuring that our content meets user needs.
* Guidelines and governance: Creating, testing, and refining content guidelines for customer interactions with “knowledge,” such as articles, to enhance the consistency and quality of user experiences. Those guidelines should also onboard and enable other content creators to more easily create new content in a scalable, quick, and uniform way.
* Information architecture: Contributing to the information architecture of the product experience, including navigation, labelling, and flow, particularly on our support website. Your expertise will help users find information seamlessly.
* Iteration and improvement: Continuously testing and iterating on content strategies, ensuring that we adapt to user feedback and evolving trends to deliver the most effective knowledge content.
* Business process optimisation: Consistently focussing on team and process efficacy and how to improve ways of working in the content lifecycle. Leveraging AI and automation wherever possible, and providing feedback on progress.
