Job Description
You will have a key role in the Customer Service Nordic organization where you will be accountable for overall Contract Management for our external suppliers. You will also play an important role in driving projects, providing guidance and being a go-to person for supplier related matters.
As Senior Contract Manager, you will be accountable for delivery of external suppliers to ensure that they meet business objectives in contractual agreements, i.e. realizing benefits from a cost, efficiency and quality perspective. You will also ensure that suppliers adhere to the Vattenfall Code of Conduct and other relevant Group guidelines. Furthermore, you will manage overall relations with external suppliers to identify future business opportunities that will benefit Customer Service Nordic as well as Vattenfall. This role is reporting directly to the Director of Business Development in Customer Service Nordic.
Contract Management
Implement and follow up governance and tools to secure contract compliance with Service Delivery and Support teams during contract lifecycle. Monitor and maintain Supplier(s) and Client compliance with contract terms and conditions, commitments and notifications.
Commercial Management
Support setup, modification and termination of Service Agreements and underpinning contracts, including service provisioning conditions and rates. This work will be done together with Procurement, who is formally accountable for the commercial contractual changes and the embedded commercial aspects.
Performance Management
Ensure that Suppliers comply with performance agreements in the Contract or SLA's. Assess performance against markets standards (via benchmarking etc.) and establish service improvement plans to improve the performance of all parties involved. Work together with Service Delivery responsible to optimize performance of services and leverage synergies where applicable.
Relationship Management
Initiate and lead the interaction with Supplier(s) according to set Governance Framework. Ensure that on strategic, tactical and operational level value is obtained from the relationship and risks are reduced.
Qualifications
We believe that you have worked with contract management in customer service, business process outsourcing, supply chain or similar. You can demonstrate previous experience of successfully driving both delivery and relations with external suppliers. You are skilled at networking, being able to connect with your stakeholders both on a work related and interpersonal level. You have led large initiatives involving multi-disciplinary contributors, by providing clarity on objectives and delivering results according to agreed milestones.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree within relevant field
3-5 years of successful contract administration
10 years of general business experience
Commercial & contract management expert or practitioner certification preferred
Legal or Paralegal qualification/experience appreciated
Proficient in spoken and written English, Swedish is highly beneficial
