Qualifications Required: Core network hardware Design ? More than 8 years experiences on core network hardware design, skilled in high density and high speed digital hardware design. ? Experiences in high-end server or telecom equipment hardware development. ? Experienced in using SI/PI simulation tools. ? Familiar with major processor, Switch, FPGA, and bridge IC. ? Knowledge and experience in field application and manufacturing. ? Ability to transfer know-how to others. ? Bachelor or masters or higher majoring in electrical engineering. ? Fluent English speaking and writing. ? Knowledge on novel CPU application technique and development trend. ? Initiative and positive personal personality. ? Excellent communication and work skills in multicultural team environment. ? Excellent experience within mobile or fixed telecommunication equipments or embedded systems.
