Role Summary/Purpose:
As Senior Corporate Recruiter you have the overall responsibility to deliver ?world-class? recruiting services to GE?s businesses and will manage recruiting from both, strategic and operational point of view. You will partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, HR colleagues and other key stake holders to ensure in depth knowledge of the business requirements and the impact this will have on recruiting activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
On a daily basis, you take accountability for the entire operational end-to-end recruiting process including candidate attraction, selection and successful hiring. You will report to the Nordic Talent Recruitment Leader
Key Responsibilities are:
Manage customer intake discussion and develop a tailor made recruiting strategy
Preparation of job postings and ensuring that postings are placed highly effective on appropriate web sites, portals and social media
Develop a direct sourcing strategy to attract candidates and ensure a sufficient and high quality candidate pipeline
Quality maintenance of the e-recruiting tool to manage current hiring processes and to create candidate pipeline for future opportunities
Pre-selection, telephone interviews of candidates to develop short lists
Face-to-face assessments of short listed candidates with the hiring manager and HRBP
Being trusted advisor to the business, consulting on the right hiring decision
Managing and driving the closing process including offer and contract negotiations
Driving pro-actively regular meetings with key stake holders and hiring managers in the business to understand short and mid-term hiring demands to ensure efficient resource planning within the recruiting organization
Regular reporting on quality and quantity related KPI?s
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (or a high school diploma/GED with some years of relevant recruiting and HR experience)
Significant experience in a recruiting function gained either in a global multinational company, or in an international executive search firm
Proven track record in delivering high quality end-to-end recruitment service to customers with strong focus on pro-active candidate generation
Expert in candidate assessment and proved ability to manage high volume recruiting projects against tight deadlines
Excellent consulting and advisory skills, proven ability to gain credibility at senior level
Strong business acumen and in-depth market knowledge in manufacturing or professional services industry, ideally in the sectors of energy, healthcare or the financial services markets
Familiar with working successfully in an international, multi-matrixed, fast paced environment
Enthusiastic, high energy team player with excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
Problem solving skills and can-do attitude with strong customer focus
