Senior Cost and Commercial Project Manager (building construction projects)

Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend is hiring a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Cost and Commercial Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden.

Responsibilities
Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally
Responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.
Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan
Tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, putting the preliminaries together, tender analysis, producing the tender report and compiling the contractual documents

Qualification
We are searching for an experienced Senior Professional, who gained at least 10 years professional experience on a wide range of experience on commercial, infrastructural, industrial, residential building construction projects.
Strong expertise with project life cycle cost on various stages – due diligence, cost planning, value engineering, tendering for professional services and construction, procurement, contract and claim management is a must.
Proven leadership in line manager roles, project management, business development is preferred.
A recognized degree qualification (e.g. RICS)
Relevant work experience in cost management, ideally in the Swedish construction industry
Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and have the ability to work independently.
