We are searching for a Senior Creative Commercial Concepts & Innovation Manager.
Purpose of the Role
The Sr Creative Commercial Concepts & Innovation Manager is responsible for securing the commercial aspects of all communication projects the team works on. He/She works closely with the creative director and team of creatives, and the lead markets to bridge the needs of the markets and the global deliverables.
This role will take part in driving commercially relevant conceptual projects and cater for global deliveries of content to the markets.
The Sr Creative Commercial Concepts & Innovation Manager will also drive the development of, and securing, the innovation of the catalogue formats and various activation projects at a global level.
What will you do?
· Commercial planning perspective on global deliveries for print catalogue and e-catalogue
· Align and communicate with lead markets on needs and demands for new projects, drive collaborative projects in between global and markets.
· Collaborate with Project Manager and Categories on establishing a solid brief with commercial aspects to the 360 Creative Communication team’s creatives in the startup phase.
· Lead general catalogue innovation and development in close collaboration with lead market Creative Manager
· Drive various initiatives on activations and seasonals from a global level.

The Sr Creative Commercial Concepts & Innovation Manager is a very organized and structured person who will make sure the collaboration between the creative team and the regions works efficiently and that projects turn out the best way possible together with project managers and other stakeholders. He/she is very solution-oriented and flexible, used to a fast-moving work environment and able to adapt quickly to necessary changes. Deep understanding of the digital landscape and how to work with 360 communications to stay relevant in all channels is key. Strong knowledge and experience in working in a global company where regional understanding is a winning factor. The Sr Creative Commercial Concepts & Innovation Manager is service minded, open and approachable, able to understand different perspectives to lead his/her work in the best possible way.
Your background and qualifications
· University degree Bachelor or equivalent in advertising, marketing, communication, or other relevant area.
· At least 10-15 years relevant work experience, including a significant part of leading communication projects.
· Background in art direction and design, with documented experience of layouting and leading photoshoots.
· Demonstrated experience working with 360 creative ideation and production (stills and moving)
· Excellent experience working with communication in digital channels.
· Vast experience in Commercial Marketing and Creative executions
· Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
· Great leadership skills and experience
· Deep knowledge and experience working in an international environment with a multi-market perspective.
· Experience with FMCG / beauty & lifestyle industry / direct sales
