The challenge
For Diet Doctor to take the next step on its journey we need an enthusiastic CRM specialist to take the lead in designing our comms strategy as we scale. This position will initially focus on building evergreen retention campaigns by partnering closely with product managers, marketers, content creators, and designers, and will expand into building acquisition campaigns in the near future.

What you'll do
- Build highly personalized retention communications utilizing our new CRM platform, Braze.
- Drive a cohesive, impactful, cross-channel user experience across our logged-in versions of our website and app.
- Understand and advocate for the end-user experience with an ‘always testing’ mentality.
- Own the end-to-end design and execution of campaign experiments in Braze and manage the analytics.
- Partner with product teams across the business to align on desired outcomes and share learnings.
- Be a key part of our external communication.
- Develop our comms strategy as we scale.

Who you are
- A proven track record of executing flawless retention campaigns across owned channels such as push, email, IAM, etc.
- Previous experience with Braze or a similar customer engagement platform.
- Deep understanding of creating, implementing, and testing cross-channel strategies at scale.
- A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Analytical skills
- Experience working with startups is a bonus.
