We are transforming IKEA to be the world´s leading multichannel home furnishing retailer. We as a team have an important task in this transformation to create an Experimentation culture to not only do the right things but also do the things right that improve our customer experience.
We need new teammates to ramp our experimentation culture, could it be you
5+ years of progressive and diverse experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
Good knowledge and mix of experience within web analytics, how to combine qualitative and quantitative, UX principles and technical knowledge such as coding principles.
Advanced knowledge of an A/B testing tool.
A strong leadership experience and stakeholder management record.
As a person….you are passionate to inspire others to change and challenge the common ways of thinking. You are skilled in translating opportunities and challenges into concrete solutions and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
We think that you have a background within a digital agency, digital department, or E-commerce team. But please challenge us!
WHAT YOU´LL BE DOING DAY TODAY
We as a team drive and support the global product teams that develop, web, app, and co-workers tools and the markets. We are autonomous, self-organizing, and self-sufficient in many ways, which means part of our daily work is to define how we get things done together.
Proactively support the product teams and markets to increase the A/B testing work by analyzing and reviewing our digital touchpoints to identify opportunities and define, execute, and follow up test plans.
Gain insights from combining outcomes from quantitative and qualitative tests by working together with UX specialists and Data /Insight to define hypotheses.
Share insights with key stakeholders in the organization on how to improve conversion, and the customer experience and contribute to the prioritization and decision-making process regarding development.
Educate the organization in the CRO field and our tools to ramp up the Experimentation culture.
Manage workshops and roadmap management.
