Welcome to the Nordic Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team. In MarCom unit, we are passionate about customers, understanding their needs, supporting solutions development and bringing the solutions to the market. We are responsible for all marketing and communications. Customer Insight Analyst supports both strategic and tactical initiatives with data based analysis to increase profitability, sales and customer satisfaction.
As the Senior Customer Insight Analyst in MarCom, you’ll play a valuable role in delivering the insights for marketing communications and support further development of our actions and data usage. You will also work with analytics within the business / sales area. You will work in close cooperation with marketing and business management, marketing experts, development teams, sales and product managers. This is a temporary position to cover a parental leave until end of January 2024.
What you’ll be doing:
* Performing reporting and data modelling for insights on various market, customer and sales datasets and spreading the generated insights to stakeholders to support the business
* Developing and visualising stakeholder specific dashboards and reports. Developing and automating reporting for marketing, product development and sales in their projects
* Measuring efficiency and performance of marketing activities, and supporting in the development of tracking activities
* Working actively to deliver annual Customer Satisfaction Index report
* Develop customer data use and optimization for CRM related activities. Support actively in CRM development project
* Working with internal and external data sources and agencies
You’ll join an energetic, multi-talented and experienced team of marketing and communications professionals, service designers and fellow analyst colleagues. The role is based in Stockholm.

Your experience and background:
* Bachelor's degree in data science/analytics/statistics
* Proven expertise and work experience in analytics/data science
* Excellent skills in Excel
* Experience and great skills in working with SAS (BASE or Enterprise Guide)
* Good understanding of SQL and relational databases
* Knowledge and experience with BI & visualization tools (Power BI or other)
* Good data visualization skills. Knowledge of how to present data outcomes
* Professional skills in English and in one of the Nordic languages
