We are looking for our new Senior Customer Logistics Manager that will be a part of the Swedish Country Logistics team, with the mission of leading up a team and together deliver world-class service for our customers in a cross-functional role.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Sweden (CCEP Sweden) is the local licensed bottling partner responsible for the manufacture, distribution, sales and industry marketing of Coca-Cola throughout Sweden. The company employs around 750 people at the facility (called "Happiness Factory") in Jordbro outside Stockholm. CCEP Sweden represents some of the beverage world's strongest brands such as Coca-Cola, Fanta and Sprite, but also strong local brands such as Bon Aqua and Mer. In addition, CCEP Sweden manufactures and distributes beverages to other brand owners, including Capri-Sun and Monster Energy.
The Position
As our Senior Customer Logistics Manager you will lead a team of Customer Collaboration Managers and Customer Service Representatives, where you and your team will be playing an important role in the development of the long-term work with our key customers as well as in close cooperation with the commercial stakeholders in the organization. You will be responsible for collaborative relationships with our national accounts, and to organize and oversee all customer orders within Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Sweden that flow through and are created within the team. This role is crucial in acting as a bridge between the Supply Chain department, our commercial business units and our customers. You will also be working to identify and develop innovative projects within order efficiency processes, improvements of the Customer Logistics process and tools, and optimization work to support Supply Chain strategy. The role report to the Country Logistics lead.
Key Responsibilities
To lead the collaboration team and customer agenda to be our customers preferred supplier through the development and delivery of key collaborative initiatives
Responsible for own business plans with customers and production of short and long range plans together with business stakeholders, as well as being an active part in customer contracts negotiations
To work and engage with the business units’ senior channel leads to ensure right priorities and communication for our customers
To identify and deliver ‘added value’ initiatives through developing and maintaining Network, Channel & Customer Contact Strategies to identify and meet agreed needs
Developing and maintaining effective customer relationships and manage the delivery of best possible service metrics
Management of the continuous improvement of processes to enable efficient and effective order capture processes
To manage volume monitoring both as an overall number and by customer
Contribute to forecast accuracy and promotional plans
SKU availability management
Working with our industry partners/industry bodies to represent Coca-Cola Europacific Partner’s interests and ensure we understand industry best practice to share with internal stakeholders to influence future strategies
To be successful in this role you need
At least 5 years’ experience from a similar role bridging supply chain and commercial relationships, preferably from the process industry, retail and/or from a larger organization within FMCG
Academic degree within relevant field
Leadership experience
Advanced excel
SAP knowledge is beneficial
Being fluent in both Swedish and English will be needed for communication with internal and external parties
Valid work permit in Sweden

Your strong skills in networking in a cross-functional role, as well as the ability to communicate with impact will help you build strong relationships with your stakeholders.
