Senior Cyber Engineer Responsibilities:
Drive the Security Agenda towards IKEA's global Digital product teams and be the point of contact for Product owners / Cyber Engineers
Understands both Information security and related frameworks, like NIST, ISO, CIS etc.
Able to advice on network security, application security, and cloud security
Able to guide/coach cyber security team.
Responsible for answering questions, and helping IKEA implement new practices in the domain.
Assist in getting an overview of products and services within the domain, so they are adequately risk assessed and put on the correct controls.
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Security audit remediation and advice.
Drive collaboration across teams for IT & security compliance

Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in digital systems security. If you have CISSP, OSCP and CEH certification then you have an edge.

What you'll be doing day to day
You will be joining the Cyber Engineering Team for one of the very interesting domains in Ikea to:
Secure built-in security and privacy controls throughout the design process, in order to reduce risk exposure.
Lead the implementation of Ingka software security program, securing software resilience, robustness and trustworthiness in the domain of responsibility.
Lead the implementation of Cyber security compliance frameworks, securing compliance towards laws and regulation in the domain of responsibility.
Lead the implementation of data privacy concepts and privacy-by-design in the software development process in the domain of responsibility.
Inform, influence and consult with relevant stakeholders on the Cyber Security topic, actively promoting a culture where security and privacy is the responsibility of everyone.
Translate security and privacy findings into actionable risks that product teams can use to make informed and conscious decisions.
Coach and mentor Cyber Engineers to promote competence building and skills development.

As a senior security engineer, you will also be expected to take on a bigger role in the team, by helping to train and guide the younger members, and act as project manager for the team members in bigger development projects, which involves the Cyber Domain.
