Senior Data Analyst

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders both within internal organisation and cross-bank initiatives related our Savings, Investments, Pension and advisory business
- Help the organisation to make factual based decisions based on data analyses and follow-up of sales, margins and customer/advisor activity
- Assist in setting leading performance indicators, objectives and key results to help realize our vision
- Work together with the team to drive strategic projects and contribute in relevant foras to ensure transition towards a data-driven way of working




What is needed in this role:
- Master’s degree in statistics, IT, mathematics, economics, or other relevant fields
- Min. 4+ years working as a data analyst, preferably from the Savings/Insurance business
- Experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Microstrategy)
- Experience working with SQL queries and larger data sets
- Good knowledge in data modelling, data analyses and experience in formulating data requirements together with stakeholders
- Proven ability to package complex data into easily digestible insights that are understandable for diverse senior executives and key stakeholders
