We at User Growth team, have the mission to grow the user base and increase user engagement. We try to achieve this with a focus on product led growth based on improving existing features and/or developing new features.
As a Senior Data Analyst, in the User Growth team you’ll be working with a cross functional team. You help the team understand the growth trends, analyze usage patterns and participate in the product discovery process to help build the right features that deliver value and delight our users.
What do we expect from you
3 + years experience in Data Analytics
Experience in using SQL to extract, transform and analyze data.
Experience in data visualization tools like Looker (preferred), QlikSense, Tableau, or PowerBI.
Experience in helping product teams to make data informed decisions.
Exploring and understanding data from different sources, and synthesizing it into actionable insights.
Have logical and solid business judgment when analyzing and interpreting data
What will you work on
Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for retention and growth.
Utilize data to inform the product design process, understanding user needs and providing insights.
Develop reports and dashboards to track user engagement and retention metrics; building insightful summary reports for management on an as needed basis.
Analyze the impact of changes to product design and AB tests and communicate results to stakeholders.
It would be great if you also have
Big data query tools (we use BigQuery).
Experience with data from mobile applications.
Design and execute A/B tests to optimize user experience and engagement.
