devise data governance strategies.
Defines, designs, develops and implements technology solutions that are functional and satisfy internal and external stakeholders while optimizing the
efficiency of the organization and ensures these solutions are suitable for workflow and production.
Mines data, validates data, and ensures integrity of data.
Maintains data systems and databases, including fixing coding errors, and removing corrupted data.
Customizes CRM using Microsoft Power Apps to optimize business processes.
Develops and modifies business processes using CRM workflows, Microsoft Power Automate Flows, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services
Develops and modifies compliance items in 1Staff for company-wide, client-specific, and /or jurisdiction-specific needs for legislative compliance. Build
templates for employee onboarding process using electronic signature solution and configure packages to integrate with CRM.
Provides application support for CRM (and associated systems, like ESS, client portal, and e-sign platforms)
Meets as needed with stakeholders to gain understanding of reporting needs. Writes and deploy reports using Power BI and T-SQL using Microsoft SQL
Servicer Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio. Publishes reports to Report Manager when appropriate.
Provides ad-hoc end-user system’s training, troubleshooting, documentation for internal and external systems.
Assists the accounting department as needed with Volvo PO Invoicing using T-SQL
Maintains data within tables and databases, and reorganizes data in readable, easy to understand format.
Assists stakeholders with data integrity projects/processes.
Supports system software upgrades and tests system changes.
· Maintain system’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering and supporting integration across different vendor platforms.
· Responsible for testing, auditing, modifying and troubleshooting systems and apply existing functionality to new systems.
Reviews, analyzes and rewrites workflows using existing CRM logic. Replace and/or enhance current processes for 1Staff.
Analyze and interpret data for data mapping and assists in validation and integrity of data moving into HRIS. Monitor data quality, data migrations and data
integration.
Develop technical requirements for CRM customizations and data mapping.
Run SQL server agent jobs.
Assist in preparing and deploying SSRS and SSIS.
Transmit file feeds to vendors to ensure organizational compliance and act as a liaison between vendor and user for troubleshooting.
Communicate key insights and findings to IT Director.
Assist in creation of long-term strategic goals for high quality data and appropriate data use.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational programs through in-house training and outside expert training; review professional
publications and resources related to SQL, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft PowerApps
· Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in computer science, mathematics or statistics.
· Knowledge of HR, contingent workforce or payroll solutions is preferred.
· Strong Mathematical skills used to mine for, measure, organize, and analyze data.
· Knowledge of programming languages, such as T-SQL or Python.
· Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation
· Knowledge of data visualization software like Power BI or Microsoft Visual Studio
· Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.
· Experience working with large data sets and relational databases.
