Portfolio Management Team - let’s introduce ourselves
You will be part of the Portfolio Management Team within Mobility and Financial Services, where our vision is to drive customer retention, increases margins and enable growth through managing our fleet operations, financial products and partnerships. We work together with our business partners and stakeholders to deepen our understanding of our customer behavior, create transparency of our financial performance and influence and drive decisions through the organization. Here you will be part of shaping the future of the company through insightful analysis of one of our most prioritized areas. Of course, we have fun whilst doing it!
Senior Data Analyst – this is what you’ll do
As our online business grows, we are looking for a passionate Senior Data Analyst that can bring value to our finance teams and ultimately to our customers. You will work with all active online business markets and will be responsible for, providing holistic financial views to facilitate decision making on a wide range of topics, including churn and profitability per segment. You will work with an extensive cross-functional team that forms our modus operandi. You will be building financial models with limited information at hand. As the business model and product are evolving, an innovative yet structured approach is key. Your further responsibilities will be developing dashboards providing transparency on key business metrics to measure and steer.
You will also:
• Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to extract insights and identify opportunities for business improvements and support your recommendations
• Build dashboards, identify new and track key metrics to closely monitor the portfolio’s performance and identify quick and long-term opportunities for improvements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams of analysts, offer development, product managers and operational process owners to drive changes based on opportunities identified

You are curious by nature and passionate about improving a business that is new and evolving. You are results-driven and enjoy analyzing large amounts of data to prove success rates. Some of your core skills are being digital savvy, prioritizing what is most important for the business combined with a project management skillset. You are comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions fast without all the information.
We are looking for people who enjoy collaboration and take accountability, as the ability to work within teams is key for success. Dare being bold, in a thought-through way, with integrity, and driving business insights. You can be self-driven.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience from a relevant position (business consulting, financial analyst, data analyst)
• 3+ years advanced and interest in building complex financial models in excel, Alteryx, Power BI or other tools, database experience is a plus
• 2+ years of experience with direct-to-consumer business, asset or risk management
• Demonstrated experience and ability to present and persuade complicated findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
• Demonstrated experienced and interest in building something new, not just maintaining existing processes
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering other relevant area
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a bonus
