For our international client in Stockholm, we are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to work as a consultant.
Background
Our client is now on a transition to a new contact platform and will have an exciting year where all centers globally will transition to this new platform, leaving us with lots of data to analyze and learn from in order to optimize the usage and user experience.
The Customer Care Product Area strives to give the customers a superior experience by empowering our customer facing staff with the abilities to resolve customer questions and issues quickly, easily and with respectful treatment of our customers' personal data.
The product team Care Channel handles the contact platforms used by our global customer service function. The contact platform handles phone, mail and chat channels.
Work tasks
As a Data Analyst you will work as a key enabler to secure realization of business value from analytics, data and models in our products.
You have a strong customer focus, a strong commercial mindset and innate curiosity.
You will work with multiple advanced analytics tools initiatives to analyze, execute and follow up initiatives from idea to industrialization with both analysis of model output and designing of new ways of working.
The Data Analyst believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.
Mandatory requirements:
At least 2 years of experience from digital analysis, product/business analysis or controlling
Have a demonstrated history of working with web and visual analysis e.g. Google Analytics, Contentsquare
Have a demonstrated history working with data visualization tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Data Studio.
Experience with programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python.
Understanding of using numerical, statistical and analytical methods to apply to data processing.
Ability to analyze large amounts of data into clear insights.
Support and plan for A/B tests
Qualifying requirements:
Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders.
Ability to define and align assignments with the strategic goals of the business.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience and/or interest in technical product development.
Personal Competences
Ability to understand and analyse complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors
Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
Language skills:
English, oral and written
Swedish, oral and written is meriting
