About this opportunity
You will join Data Foundation team, where we are proud of making analytics happen in the commercial space by delivering solutions that meet the needs and implement the use cases from our business stakeholders, while making our organization a successful and trusted partner.
What you’ll be doing:
* Identify and prioritize business use cases that analytics is suited to solve in close collaboration with our stakeholders, and enabling them to do their jobs effectively and reach their targets.
* Drive the creation of data-driven solutions by translating these use cases into requirements for our data scientists, data engineers, and other technology experts, build actionable analytics solutions using data and marketing technologies while always ensuring proper compliance, risk mitigation, scalability, GDPR, data governance and data quality.
* Define and present product roadmaps leveraging data, AI/ML and marketing technologies to our stakeholders with a clear link to the business value of our products, highlighting dependencies and identifying and managing the risks.
* Embed our current products into business operations with high quality, providing training and supporting its lifecycle and issues resolution.
* Support the democratization of data and analytics by providing your expertise to the business areas, presenting existing tools and creating a strong data culture within Nordea.
The role is based in Stockholm or Helsinki, however some travel within the Nordic region might occur in the future.

Your experience and background:
* Experience as a data engineer / analyst / scientist with expertise in SQL, ETL processes and data modelling combining data from multiple different sources.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate technical or complex matters with both business stakeholders and engineers in different levels of the organization.
* Experience within requirements analysis, ability to translate stakeholder needs into high level requirements to be implemented in the subsequent development activities.
* Experience working in Agile teams within SAFe framework.
Even better if you have:
* Experience in big data and cloud computing platforms like Cloudera, AWS.
* Experience within data lake/warehousing architectures.
* Understanding of the data science modelling process.
* Experience in the data governance process and managing data privacy within applications.
