SENIOR DATA CLEANING/MIGRATION LEAD PAM - Solna (Remote & onsite few times)

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Data Cleaning and Migration Lead who is experienced in IT implementation projects with process scope for PAM as Maintenance & Warehouse, Source to Contract, Procure to Pay and interfacing Finance processes.

What you'll do:
● Preparation and cleaning of data for migration (including identification of data to be cleaned) and set targets for data cleaning.
● Describe and communicate to organization the importance of data cleaning and the consequence of not cleaning data.
● Secure mapping of data between e.g. Maximo to IFS Cloud and perform test migrations.
● Secure data corrections, develop decision material and secure decisions from key stakeholders when needed.
● Perform final migration for go live, plan work and activities within stream, and define resource need.
● Report status and progress, and achieve sustainable, anchored, results in a complex business environment.
Who you are:
● Experiences of data cleaning and migration, implementation projects and migration to standard systems.
● Possess 10+ years of experience in the relevant field along with experience in project management and cooperating with implementation partner.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of Swedish and English language.
● Have a proven experience in planning and executing data migration initiatives.
● Experience in data modelling and entity mapping in order to design process for business-critical IT system.
● Have good documentation skill and must be structured and organized.
● Experience in migrating ERP systems and have a good knowledge of accounting / bookkeeping.
