Senior Data Engineer

We are currently looking for several Senior Data Engineers to join our team.

About the team

In this role, you will be part of the growing Data & Analytics team that is responsible for establishing information as a corporate asset and driving the adoption of data-driven decision-making throughout the company.

About the role

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for developing data pipeline solutions for data assets throughout the company. Working closely with digital leads, architects, and BI developers to ensure future-proof data pipelines and data models are designed and implemented.

What you will do

- Participate in workshops and meetings together with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and that wanted data is captured
- Data pipeline (ETL) development, deployment, and maintenance
- Data warehouse setup and configuration
- Proactively identify data areas of interest
- Conducting development in products such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks
- Participate in data warehouse design discussions


Who you are

- Minimum 3 years of programming experience in Azure Data Pipeline products.
- Expert in SQL and similar languages
- Detailed knowledge and experience in ETL, from ingestion to aggregation.
- Experience from various industries and data model types
- Big Data experience is a plus
- Experience in agile ways of working
