SENIOR DATA MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGY EXPERT -(Stockholm)/Remote

Your primary duties and tasks will be to define the future Cloud ERP – Data Model and Data Governance configuration.
In coordination with key interfaces, define the Cloud ERP data model.
Define the ownership of data objects.
Define which system will be utilised as the "master" and the replication logic for each master data item.
Define future processes to assure data quality in the long run.
Collaboration with process leaders and data owners is required for regulatory compliance.
Throughout the transformation roadmap journey, keep the data model up to date.
Engage stakeholders and system owners from across the affected application landscape and data domains.
Define the methodology and plans for data cleaning and data migration throughout deployment.
Take control of the master data management object configuration.
A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant discipline is required.
5+ years of senior-level experience in data management and strategy, including demonstrated expertise in large-scale transformations.
Deep understanding and expertise in data modelling and data governance.
Experience with ERP and data transfer.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Capability to communicate with governance forums in order to acquire buy-in to a new data model and kick-start change management initiatives.
Professional English fluency (speaking and writing).
Previous experience working in cross-functional teams in a multinational manufacturing company is a major asset.
Prior experience working in global teams across continents is advantageous.
