Senior Data Scientist

DWT Consulting is a smaller consulting company that is currently expanding. DWT has its customers mainly in Stockholm, but also in Gothenburg and Malmö. We work with both authorities and private actors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the analytical work, including guiding team members to overcome technical challenges
- Communicate with stakeholders to collect analytical needs, as well as create alignment within the team and across other teams
- Guide and facilitate setting the direction for the team by understanding how the company and data community objectives map to team priorities
- Partner with Data Product Owner and the Data Platform team to drive collaboration within the data community
- Ensure the team members learn, grow and advance in their respective careers
- Cultivate an environment where team members are empowered and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and belonging
- Educate and mentor non-data professionals to improve the analytical culture


This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Skallkrav
Experience working as a senior data scientist and/or experience leading data analytics teams
Experience from leading data analytics teams
Experience translating business and product questions into applications that can be solved with data analytics
Proficiency with Python
Proficiency with SQL
Experience deploying machine learning models in a cloud environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
