How will you contribute?
The Computational Imaging team is the first of its kind at CellaVision and is specialize in developing products utilizing Fourier Ptychography Microscopy. At CellaVision, we use an agile approach where the team jointly takes responsibility for all new functionality - from algorithm development, implementation, code reviewing, testing and documentation. CellaVision has a world-leading position in digital cell morphology, and we see our employees as our primary resource for our ongoing innovation and success. This is an excellent opportunity to participate in the whole development process of new products using cutting edge technologies where quality, development and innovation are constantly in focus. Fourier Ptychography Microscopy (FPM) is a novel microscopy technology that has the potential to combine a large field of view with high resolution and thereby enable new opportunities in diagnostic microscopy. The Computational Imaging team will enable CellaVision to launch new products utilizing the FPM technology.
As a Senior Deep Learning Engineer, you will:
- Develop machine learning models.
- Implement and develop image quality metrics.
- Keep up to date with research in computational imaging.
- Implement and evaluate algorithms from the literature.
- Have potential responsibility for research collaborations with universities and external partners.
- Implement backend and frontend applications.

What will you bring?
- You have a master’s degree in engineering physics or equivalent. A PhD is an advantage.
- You have an extensive experience in using deep learning for image processing and analysis.
- You have an experience in computational imaging and well versed in software development using Python.
- You have an ability to transform research results into innovative solutions.
- Having expertise in software development using C++/C# and hands-on experience with large-scale storage solutions for images is advantageous.
