Senior Deployment Engineer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Deployment Engineer who is experienced in developing server or multi-user applications and in deploying professional products to cloud-based infrastructure.

What you'll do:
● Design, develop and modify automated deployment, monitoring, backup and recovery systems.
● Provide assistance to the software testing and documentation/education teams as required.
● Work closely together with the company's highly skilled product teams to help implement and design a delivery and deployment solution for their integrated software offering.
● Work with the Deployment Architect, Team Leaders and Software Engineers to develop hosting infrastructure and services for internet-facing software.
● Deploy standard infrastructure within new data centres globally new environments within existing data centres as needed.
Who you are:
● Extensive knowledge of Routing Application Design, IVRs call flows and their troubleshooting skills via logs.
● Experienced in designing and implementing call flow and IVR scripting logic within a high-volume call center in single-tenant/multi-tenant, single-acd/multiple-acd environment.
● Experience and knowledge of relational database management systems and the ability to use SQL.
● Ability to understand, modify call routing scripts to cater required needs for integration.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
